Calling all book groups across Australia
Throw the Book at MS is a book trivia game held all over Australia in June. It’s purpose is to raise money for multiple sclerosis research.
To get involved, you register your book group and then turn your June meeting into a trivia night .
Once you have registered, we send you the questions which are all centered around books and authors. Then you just hold your normal June meeting, have fun with the questions and pass the hat around afterwards.
OR why not make a big night/day of it and ask more friends and partners to come along. You might charge an admission fee, have a lucky door prize or a silent auction – anything you can think of to raise money for this good cause. Some hold a book swap where everyone donates a couple of loved and then buy back a few others at $5 or more each. This has proved very popular and successful.
