CharityWorks for MS has also supported a number of research working out of Florey Neuroscience Institutes, in Victoria. This Institute is home to Australia's leading MS research laboratory. Under the direction of Professor Trevor Kilpatrick, the lab focuses its efforts on three areas: Repair of specific damaged brain cells in MS, protection of these cells and the genes involved in MS.
